Terms of Service

The service

The platform lets you build a website for your business from ready designs, edit it from a dashboard, and receive bookings and messages from your visitors.

A site starts as a free "preview" on a subdomain and is published on your own domain only after we agree on a plan and you pay.

Your account

Your sign-up details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account.

Previews whose email is not verified within 7 days are deleted automatically.

Your content

Your content, photos and domain are yours. You allow us to host and display them on your site to provide the service.

You are responsible for your content being accurate, for having the right to use its images and marks, and for published reviews being genuine. Starter content we prepare must be reviewed and replaced with your real details.

Medical businesses: information on your site is general awareness and not a substitute for a consultation; you are responsible for your professional rules.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful, misleading or infringing content, for spam, or to attack or disrupt the service. We may suspend any site that does.

Payment and renewal

Price, plan and term are agreed with you before publishing. The subscription renews for the agreed term; if a renewal is unpaid we may stop showing the site until it is paid, and your content stays saved.

Operation and backups

We host and update your site and back it up daily. We do our best to keep the service available, but downtime for maintenance or reasons beyond our control can happen.

Ending the service

You can stop your subscription at any time. On request we hand over a copy of your content and photos. After the service ends we may delete the data after a reasonable period.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any damage is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Changes

We may change these terms; for important changes we will email you first. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
