Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Tarqumi Sites (Doctor Site) collects, why, and how we protect it, in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
Data we collect from you
Account data: name, email, password (hashed), your business details and phone.
Your site content and the photos you upload.
Minimal technical data to protect the service, such as the IP address at sign-in and sign-up to prevent abuse.
Your visitors’ data
When a visitor sends a booking or message from your site, we store their details (name, phone, message and anything they type) and send them to you.
For this data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf only to deliver it to you. We store a hashed fingerprint of the visitor’s IP, not the address itself.
How we use data
To run your account and site, verify your email, deliver requests and alerts, contact you about publishing, payment and support, and protect the platform from abuse.
We do not sell your data or your visitors’ data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see data
Only the Tarqumi team responsible for your site, with limited permissions.
Providers we rely on to operate, such as hosting and email delivery, processing data only for us.
An authority where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The platform uses cookies needed for signing in. If you enable Google Analytics on your site, aggregated usage data about your visitors is collected.
Security and retention
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, two-factor sign-in is available, sites are isolated from each other, and data is backed up daily.
We keep data while your account is active; unverified previews are deleted after 7 days.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion or a copy, and object to its processing, within the law. Send your request via tarqumi.com.
Changes
We may update this policy; for important changes we will email you.
